Quality Counseling

We are a private group mental health practice located in Hamden, CT. Our mission is to treat and resolve mental health conditions caused by racial trauma and traumatic experiences in Black communities. We provide individual and group therapy, substance education, and therapeutic mentoring to help our clients heal trauma and find balance. Diagnostic screenings will measure clinical outcomes on the effectiveness of EMDR therapy, holistic services, on the effectiveness of reducing symptoms of PTSD
