Today we gather to remember and celebrate the life of
Farouk Drepaul, age 44, of Lancaster Village, who passed away on June 28, 2025 at Skeldon Hospital.
He was born on July 07, 1980 at Liverpool Village to his parents Dalimoon and the late Edward A. Drepaul.
He grew up in Liverpool Village and attended Manchester Secondary School.
He was the owner of his taxi service business at Lancaster Village for over 20 years. He was known for his work ethic, achievements, dedication, etc.
Wayne was a loving and dedicated father to his only son, Aiden Drepaul.
He was known for his kindness, humor, generosity, strength, faith, etc.
Wayne was a member of #43 Cricket Club, which he enjoyed very much. He served as a left-hand medium pace bowler and a left-hand batsman.
Wayne was involved in attending Lancaster Presbyterian Gospel Church.
As a brother, Wayne was kind, loving, protective, funny, supportive, etc. He shared a very special bond with his sisters and brought joy, laughter, guidance, and strength to those around him. As his sister, I always remember him for his warm hugs and long conversations and saying, “I love you sis.”

Funeral / Memorial
Funeral service for Farouk Drepaul will be held on July 6, 2025 at 4:00 PM at his mother’s residence at Lot 12 Lancaster Village, Corentyne, Berbice, Guyana.
